Sarah has been a dedicated massage therapist for the last 15 years. In college, she was growing more frustrated by the medical advice many of her family members with chronic pain and illness were receiving, which rarely seemed to address root problems, and often created other health complications. So, she began researching many holistic approaches to health and wellness in order to help her family. Ultimately, this led her to attend The New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics where she cultivated a love for massage and energy medicine.
Years later, Sarah learned first-hand how therapeutic massage and energetic bodywork can help heal the body after sustaining her own major debilitating injury. After healing from this injury, Sarah grew even more passionate about using these modalities to help others maintain or restore their vitality and wellbeing. She finds great fulfillment in seeing her clients heal from their pain and injuries and return to the activities they love or to simply feel more relaxed and more peacefully balanced in their day to day.
In her practice, each client receives an individual treatment based on their needs of that day. She welcomes her clients’ feedback and is devoted to giving them the treatment that will most optimize their wellness. Sarah practices Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Core Synchronism, and Cranial Sacral Therapy.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys yoga, hiking, cycling, rollerblading, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her husband and 3 kids.
