Nutrition and Supplementation

All products are not created equally. We use only the most studied and researched items we can find. There are many versions of these products that are synthetic or made in a way that limits their bio-availability (such as fish oil in an ethyl ester form). Quality does cost more but is still very affordable and WORKS!

The program below is designed for reducing inflammation and pain management. If you aren't taking any supplements currently, start slow, then work your way to the full plan within 1-3 months. All items are available at the front desk. Please check with Alyssa, our office manager, for details.

*Always check with your primary care doctor for any adverse interactions with medications you may be taking
