At Utah Sports and Wellness, we believe that most injuries start with misalignment of the lower back, hips and pelvis because it’s the core connection between the upper and lower body. Correcting this dysfunction helps balance the entire body and prevents many non-contact injuries from re-occurring. That being said, we spend much of our time correcting the biomechanics and muscle imbalances of the spine, lower back and hips to balance the rest of the body. In our experience many global problems and injuries can be easily corrected by working locally at the core.
