Fees:

• New Patient Appointments: $195.00 New Years Special Fee: $140.00
• First visit appointments at our office are typically 1 hour (60 minutes) long; Dr. Cerami will complete your initial examination, and perform your first treatment during this session.
• Office Visit Fees Range From: $60.00 to $80.00 per session
• Chiropractic treatments are 10-20 minutes.
• Includes chiropractic adjustment/entrainment, cold laser therapy and extremity work when necessary.
• Frequency Spacific Microcurrent (FSM): $40.00 to $80.00. (Depending on duration.)

• Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber sessions: $100.00 per hour.
• Nutritional Consultations: $75.00 per hour.

• We do accept and can file insurance policies for you. Please contact our office with your insurance information to get complete coverage details.
• Our Goal:
• We recognize most people do not have the time to go for treatment for an extended length of time. We strive to get you better within 8 – 10 visits, not the normal 3 – 6 months.

• Find out what your problem is and if we can help you solve it. From now until January 31st, we are offering a 30 minute 1st office examination visit which includes:
• 1. Muscle testing of extremities to determine any weakness
• 2. Spinal Stress exam to check spinal alignment and neurological interferences
• 3. Asymmetry and biomechanical distortion assessment for hips, knees and feet.
• 4. Soft tissue and inflammation review to determine injury status.
• 5. Foot pronation scan.
• After your examination we’ll provide you with options of things we can do as well as what you can do at home to help you get back to better health and fitness.
